Ancol Urban Village Head, Rusmin mentioned, besides sweeping leaves and garbage on the roadside, PPSU personnel also sweeping for nails routinely.

"Once every few days our personnel sweep for nails on the road in locations where they are on duty," he said, Wednesday (11/25).

Nail sweeping, he assessed, was conducted to ensure road users to use road safely. Besides, nails on the road are potential to cause accident on two-wheeled vehicles.

Until today, his side didn't know why there were nails scattered on the road. Moreover, his personnel found it for several times.

"If it only causes leaky tire, it just need to be patched. But if it causes tires to explode, surely it can be dangerous and potential to cause accidents,"  he conveyed.
